Did I do anything wrong or was the customer acting crazy?
So I work at a dispensary. This girl that has been coming has had some issues. One time we were busy and she didn’t know what she wanted so I took care of someone who did know and she got mad stormed off and left. This time she got her marijuana how she liked the next time she got the same thing and it was rung up different. But she got the top high dollar stuff for the price of the bottom shelf stuff that she got the next time. She called the dispensary yesterday wanting a refund and they told her she can’t have a refund she got a discount for something that would’ve been expensive. Then she came in today told me the story after knowing the situation told me that she got the same strain (she did not it was two different ones) that it was mislabeled. Just complaining. She asked for specific color cannabis and I told her a few strains. She shook her head told me no those don’t work and so I told her about a strain we’re about to put out just for that and she told me she’s had it before. I told her no you haven’t this is new it’s grown by blah blah and she proceeds to spell out the word to me like I’m stupid. I spell it back out to her and tell her everything is grown different. She got all fussy with me and told me she’s not coming back. But the customer behind her agreed with me.
