Positive test! After ectopic and miscarriage

So I found out today I am pregnant. My first pregnancy ectopic with tube removal second was miscarriage please please say a prayer for me I am so anxious I was crying I had alittle brown discharge and very very minimal cramping and I’m scared I’m 4 weeks and only symptom I have is sore boobs
