5 month old still spits up a lot

I started giving my daughter baby food and she’s on breast milk she is about to be on formula only and baby food but she has been spitting up so much I feel like it has increased and idk she is colic and has acid reflux but she never use to spit up this bad

Eating schedule :

8 am: oatmeal fruit and 3 oz of milk

12 pm: veggies 3 oz of milk

4 pm: 5 oz milk

7 pm: 5 oz milk

11 pm: 4 oz milk

She has formula for her last bottle and the others are breast milk for now but Idk why she is spitting up so much and yesterday she actually threw up she Is not showing any signs of not being hungry
