Low rising hcg, miscarriage?

Hi, so I know I’ve posted recently... I had a positive test on 4/7, (last cycle was 3/10). I had spotting early on for a few days- seemed like normal implantation bleeding. I started what I thought was a miscarriage on Saturday 4/11- and bled with significant clots until the morning of 4/16. I’ve had two betas drawn.

First: 4/14- 39

Second 4/17- 49

I’ll post the pictures of the line progression. The fest on the bottom was taken on 4/16... does anyone have any advice for me? Does this seem like a recovering miscarriage? An ectopic? A miscarriage that is still going on? Also, if anyone has any suggestions for me to help with anxiety then please share. Scheduled for a third Hcg and transactional ultrasound on Monday 😞
