When did you move out the house?

I'm 19 years old. I'm living in Northern California. I won't say which county but it's very expensive. My brother and I (22) live with our mom and dad at home. 
We're both in school and have jobs. Though I have received flack for living with my parents. People expect me to already have an apartment at my age. But I just don't have enough money. My mental health was really bad for years as a teenager and I ended up quitting a lot of jobs and was in and out of hospitals. I feel like I am playing catch up finally now I have a stable job. I'm going to be a college junior next semester. I'm a child psychology major and I'm working on being able to be an assistant preschool teacher til I can be a preschool teacher officially. I'm feeling bad other people have learned to hustle well and I'm kinda left in the dust. My family loves me living here it's our culture to be interdependent and I like being able to take care of my parents as well. Please let me know a little of your story of moving out age, reason, and what you think of me still living at home at 19.

I moved out at 17 when I moved away for college. Got my own apartment with my husband.(boyfriend at the time)

i'm in norcal too! and a sophomore rn! :D i'm moving out next year as bf and i are buying a house since he has a full-time job now. i wouldn't be worried about not moving out yet, don't rush it until you're ready if you're able to do so. it's best to stay home and save money! plus as you know, it's hella normal here for people to live at home until their late 20's bc everything is so expensive. the only way we're buying a house is bc we're buying it from his family, who are selling it to us like 600k under market value. all of my bffs are still living at home despite working at places like nasa, facebook hq, etc. bc it's just not a feasible option for most people without additional income. my brother didn't move out until he was ~25. 
at the end of the day, there's nothing to defend yourself over to others. everyone goes at their own pace. you're doing great things already! you've landed a stable job! that's amazing! and you're juggling that with school and a social life. you're killing it! don't worry about people criticising you for not moving out. if they want you to move out so badly, they can pay your rent lol.

20, when I got married the first time (moved to Florida which is 3000+ miles from home). 23 when I moved back home after divorce (did a year in Oklahoma at 22) moved out again at 25, bought a house. Had our first miscarriage and I went through a pretty bad depression for a year. Lost everything. Lived in his grandparents shed for a few months, then moved back in with my parents at 26. Had our rainbow baby and moved in with his parents at 27. Moved back into our own place at 29. It's been a mess. But it is what it is. Thankful for all the help we've had along the way for sure. Its expensive and only getting worse. My mom is paying the same for a 900 sqft apartment as my dad is for mortgage on a 3 bdrm house.

I was 19  and still living with my parents when they told me they were moving. I was given the choice of going with them or staying. I had to have other family members help me get an apartment. My parents didn’t even help with that.
