bf keeps going out w/ groups of ppl during Covid-19

⚠️ I know i posted this in another group but both of these groups really help me and id like to get the opinions of others on this matter, thank you for understanding❤️

My boyfriend has constantly been going out into groups (of friends) with more than 10 people almost everyday for 8-11 hours just to hangout, go mess around in target/walmart & smoke weed. This whole time ive told him how ignorant it is that people are going out to see friends bc they are too selfish to care about others. He called me to say he was so excited for Monday bc of 4/20 and i said why? he then informs me that its bc hes going to a party of friends to smoke their hearts out and i got really upset so he hung up on me & then i texted him (as seen in pictures). What would you do? we are both 20 & our state last month put us on lockdown until June 10th at the very earliest & now theyre talking about extending it to much later bc of people like this. Please help with anything i could do.
