Feeling nauseous!!! Cycle buddies

So I woke this morning having a headache and feeling nauseous and stomach cramps. My period isn't due for another 8 days and I know it's to early to test. I am hoping we are pregnant. My husband and I have been trying for almost 4 years now. We had a ectopic back in April and it was heartbreaking. I pray we finally get our prayers finally answerd. Has anyone felt these symptoms before their period was due?? I just pray that I am not getting sick or another kidney stone.
