Baby food

Question

My baby can start eating fruits as baby food. I am looking into the Beech Nut brand, but can't figure out the difference with the regular jar and the naturals jar, other than the price. Does anyone know the difference? Thanks!

I recommend making the food yourself. You can get a bag of organic carrots, apples, pears for about $4 each and make like 20 servings out of each bag. Its super easy and you can store in silicon freezer cubes like these. It is seriously so simple and takes no time and no special devices. Steam the fruits/veggies until soft and throw them in any old blender or food processor or you can use an immersion blender (add water, formula, or breast milk to thin out the consistency). The great thing is when they’re older, you can add cubes of different flavors to make them a unique dish. Like butternut squash, carrots, pears (add one cube of each and bam, new dish with lots of flavors) 😊
