Ingrown hairs

I keep getting these puss filled bumps on my bikini line and butt crack, also my inner thighs. I don’t shave too much. I shower with antibacterial soap daily. I barely sweat. WTF do I do? Any body else with this issue? I been to the DRS multiple times and nothing works. They give me creams. they hurt really bad and sometimes leave these scars. Im very light so they scar like a purple color.
