Ok TMI with pics-period related

So....where to begin.

I am almost 3 months status post total thyroidectomy. I had two regular “period cycles” and the. Nada after my surgery. A few days ago with zero warning BAM bright red heavy streak of blood when I wipe.

That never happens. Normally I have a migraine and I’m a raging bleep the week before-this time nothing

Now. I bled. Never touched a pad. But bled period style when I wiped. Stopped for like 3 days. And today out. Of . Fucking . Nowhere BLAM again when going to the bathroom during hour ten of a 14 hr shift. And nothing with me. So I get off work and go home to sit in the tub because my cramps suck

And I pee in the tub. Yeah, I’m gross, oh well but I always shower after I soak.

And I felt a chunk, and out of nowhere see this floating on the water
