How do I quit my job?

Ive been at this job for only a month, I am still in training and HATE this job. Plus it's way too much since I'm in college and have so much homework and tests😒 last week I tried quitting and said I can't focus on a job and school and they offered to give me less hours. I didn't know what to say so I just said that was fine like an idiot. I don't know what to say so that I can quit for good!! Help please
