Bump on vaginal lip TMI

I have a bump on the outside vaginal lip, not the second on, the first one where there is skin and hair grows. It kind of hurts if I squeeze it and it feels like a pimple but u can't see it. And puss came out of it one time. I've had it for a few days now. Should I be worried, has anyone else had this before, I do I get rid of it? Please help
