Braxton hicks at 13.5 weeks?

I swear I just had Braxton hicks contractions, they woke me up. I’ve never felt anything like it before and now my stomach is tight. Is this normal this early in pregnancy?

It definitely can be! It shouldn’t hurt, just a sometimes uncomfortable tightening if the stomach! It’s not bad if it happens early, just means your body is practicing for the big day 😊💕
