Pack and play?

Question

What is the best pack and play to get? I'm looking for one that's around 200-250 dollars at the most. We plan to use it until the baby completely outgrows it. I've found a few with bassinets, removable bounce chairs and changing tables. What do you all have? Pros, cons? I'm due May 9th and cannot decide🤦‍♀️😂

We have one that was handed down and has a changing station but we never used it and took it off. It just didn’t work for us. But the bassinet part we used for 7 months and then moved him to his crib. We were also handed down a bouncer, so we didn’t need another one of those and our son ended up hating the bouncer anyway. We really only ended up using the base model type.

We have this one, and it works great so far. We are still using it as pictured since our LO is only 3 months, but she’ll be outgrowing the changing area by length really soon. It’s been awesome to have a second downstairs changing station.. idk what we’ll do when she outgrows it! She also sleeps well in the bassinet.

This is the one I'm looking to buy for my second baby due soon. It has really nice colorful artwork inside and I love the diaper caddy! I also like that this one has a mobile instead of more of an arch. The arch we had with baby #1 always got in the way and often came off. 
Last time we got a graco one, and other than that one issue with the toy arch it was really nice. It also came with a built in changing table which we did use for quite awhile, but I warn you it must have a changing pad on top of it, otherwise it will get stained yellow with baby poop Dx it seems really easy to just wipe down but apparently not!
I've always used these as my baby's full time bassinet to sleep at night. I kept it right next to my bed and didn't even have to fully sit up to get them when they cried. I could just bring them into bed with me, breastfeed them while laying down and sleeping, and then put them back in the bassinet. I got a lot more sleep this way and it made everything easier. Doing the same thing now with baby #2. 
Our kiddo used this as their bed from birth until they were 18 months when we finally decided it was necessary to switch them to a crib because it was more comfortable. We transitioned their crib into a big kid bed when they were about 3.
Also the reason we had to get a second one, the first one was a gift and it was brown and ugly, but much needed at the time. We also put it into storage for awhile and it got dirty and musty.

We have this one. The top part is a changing table and if you fold the top part over in half there is a little seat. I like it because the netting comes off and is washable and so is the bottom mattress part. Which is very handy because it will probably get gross before your baby out grows it.

I also have another one, but can't seem to find it online and don't know the model "name". It had the middle net bassinet thing, a top bed, a changing table, and an organizer on the side. My 18 month old slept in that one until I bought him the other one for his own room. I never used the bassinet part or the changing table. If I had to buy one again, I'd just buy the simple one, like the one above. He sleeps in it at 18 months still and it takes up a little less room than the other one I have.

We got the Halo Dreamnest. It goes with them — can be used as a bassinet, playard and eventually toddler cot. It also has a rocker feature so you can rock the baby to sleep!
There’s also a changing table attachment, but we decided to skip that.

Don’t forget the mattress! This is what my son has in his and it’s comfortable for him. I also found some sheets that go with this on amazon and it’s perfect!
