period question! this has never happened before

okay so i started my period in april 8 and ended april 13 then a few days went by and it’s like i started my period AGAIN yesterday and i’m suppose to be ovulating. this has never happened before, having 2 periods in one month should i be worried? also me and my bf had sex on the 13 i think or the day after and the condom broke so i had to take a plan b. could it just be the plan b making my period for next month come earlier? someone pls help!! before i stress myself out and make this worse :(
