Cd15 no ovualtion

I’m trying to think back to when I was on this before. I’m actually on cd 15 and no sign of ovulation. Last month I ovulated without clomid on cd 21 but I heard clomid should regulate you. I usually get pregnant on clomid so I fear this drug isn’t working for me anymore after two miscarriages this past year. One was conceived naturally the other was on clomid. I also have an actual human clomid baby— I just wanted a little sibling for my baby.
