Dry skin

Is anyone else suffering from dry skin on their face? I’ve had it my whole pregnancy and then it started to get better and now it’s bad again! I put lotion on my face throughout the day and every time I get up to pee at night I have a humidifier too nothing is helping 😔 I’m using really good lotion too and face wash i don’t know what to do I went from having really nice skin to dry patches and red blotches it’s hideous! Anyone have any suggestions to help with it?
