Am I being dramatic or is this shady?

There is a girl, that was a friend of someone I was close with in high school, named Haley and I tried to be nice but we didn’t connect . My friend Julian and even my brother ended up liking her so I tried to see past it.

Background.: Last year, I found out she and her boyfriend bullied my brother for having autism and being depressed, so I told them off & deleted them. I didn’t even think of her again until she added me on social media in November, where I saw her boyfriend left for his ex (she posted about it everywhere, every day, for like 3-4 months. She even posted “letters” to him when he wouldn’t respond to her begging to be back with him, saying she’d kill herself because it’s “obviously what he wanted if he wasn’t talking to her”). I thought it was creepy but ignored it because I didn’t feel it was my business and eventually she just started posting funny tinder conversations and putting herself out there, so I was happy for her.

My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years. Today I shared a relationship quote (below). A few minutes after sharing it, my boyfriend shows me his phone, that says someone sent him a friend&message request. And guess who it was - Hayley 🙃. Rereading the quote now, I’m thinking she took it as we broke up and took it as a chance to get with him. I just think it’s weird that only after that quote, 3 years later, she adds him and wants to befriend him?
