Is this normal after csection!?!

I had my csection alittle over 5 weeks this was my third, my bleeding had stopped only brownish discharge and then on Saturday I had some spotting and yesterday I had bright red blood not enough to fill a pad just noticeable I thought maybe I was getting my period but now it has stopped and spotting again and my stomach hurts and it’s sore and bloated I took tylenol and ibuprofen and the pain is not going away I can not sleep due to the pain, calling doctor tomorrow but I just want to know if other moms experienced this
