Cramping, 9weeks

I'm having a bit of concern. I've been cramping the past 3 days and I lost some symptoms today (boobs arent as sore). It hasnt been severe cramping, more like pressure on my right side in line with belly button and then down into pelvic area. I can move and relieve it, but it stays pretty persistent. No bleeding. I miscarried at 9 weeks last year and may just be paranoid but its feeling too familiar. I did call my OB and they werent concerned unless theres bleeding. There wasnt bleeding the first time either so that doesnt exactly help ease my mind.

Opinions?
