Feeling guilty... eating so unhealthy and pregnant
I’m 26 weeks and I feel like for most of this pregnancy I have eaten JUNK... lots of fast food, processed foods. Just Crap! Also, for the past few weeks I’ve had a coffee every day (no more than 200 mg). I have taken a prenatal vitamin at least a few days a week, though, of this pregnancy so far
Anyone else eat junk and still have a healthy baby?
I do not smoke or drink or anything of that nature - only eating like crap and coffee.
