A welcome baby party ?

So my hope after all this COVID-19 restrictions & lock down finally gets lifted is to be able to at least have a “welcome baby” party after baby is born not soon after but some time after. but I have NO CLUE about how those work 😂 anyone else planning on doing one ? Or give me ideas or tips on how they work, is it like a normal baby shower ? do we have the guest play games or not? Or is it like a regular party people come, sit down, eat chit chat, meet the baby & that’s it ? Sorry I’ve never had one of these & I had to cancel my baby shower
