Help opinions please

I had 2 faint positives at home but when I went to the doctors the urine test was negative. They said they would do blood work to see if I’m pregnant cus I’m possibly very early on. Has this happened to anyone? Were you pregnant? I got my hopes up thinking I was pregnant and my heart is breaking in all honesty. I’ve been having symptoms since before my period was late and I tested.
