Possible miscarriage
Hello, so I was very lightly spotting this morning and went in for an ultrasound and I'm measuring at 6 weeks and there was no heartbeat. I have had no bleeding since (well for the past few hours.) My doctor doesn't seem very optimistic about it so I just was wondering if anyone else had a similar situation and what the outcome was.
