When are you starting to set up for baby?

So I’m due June 26.. and we have all our stuff for our baby already! Clothes and everything. We already have the crib and baby’s dresser set up cuz we redid our bedroom and that stuff was just a part of it.. but I’m wondering when I should start actually organizing stuff like put the clothes away and set up her swing and other stuff ... ik it’s not that deep I just don’t want to wait too late and not have time or do all that stuff too early and just be staring at them waiting forever... 🙃

I'm due the 26th too and let's just say I'm slacking. I did wash all the babies clothes though. I'm just exhausted and I have no energy to do much. The room isn't even set up. I'm getting anxious about it.

The sooner the better, mama. You’ll want to get stuff done while you still have the energy and leave yourself the last few weeks to get as much rest as you can.

32 weeks here; we are using everything we already had for our boys. We moved our 2yo into our 3yo’s room and will be using the 2yo’s old room for the baby so everything is basically already set up. Just have to put newborn clothes in the dresser and finish sorting through my cloth diapers.

I'm due June 12. We dont have a crib or dresser...which I was planning to use as a changing table. Now we cant go get either of these things. We may take the only dresser my husband and I have for baby and use the cheap plastic ones until we can get new dressers.

I’m due the 26th and I’ve been off work since March 12th so I took advantage of my time off. Car seat/ stroller are being delivered today and I’ll just have to pack a hospital bag and put the car seat in the car! I’ve got everything washed and put away, bassinet and crib have bedding and ready to go!

The room is set up for baby’s arrival, we have a Moses basket for downstairs and a crib for our bedroom. Just need to set up the cot and we are done.

I have to get all the young baby stuff out of storage and I’m not even sure if we have access to it either with Covid 😂. My MIL has a pack and play she keeps there for when she babysits my daughter in general (since they were my childcare during work) so if it comes down to it, we can take that for baby for the time being. I’m being induced probably June 2 so we’ll see about the storage unit soon.
