I have been on this weight loss journey for about 9 months now. I’m nowhere near where I want to be but I am proud to see a big difference in my body.


Update: Thank you ladies for your kind words. It honestly means a lot. I’m not on a strict diet or anything. I avoid eating junk food and over eating. I hardly drink sodas. I recently got my gallbladder removed and my digestive system has changed a lot. I have more of a faster metabolism. What has helped me a lot is drinking a lot of green tea and water! My work out routine is an hour of cardio and I work out my upper and lower body. I use the Sweet Sweat Trimmer & Workout Enhancer from Amazon. It is amazing!
