Vaginal farts while doing yoga?

Hey girls! 🤗
I love doing yoga and I would love to go to yoga classes. But! My vagina farts in many common yoga poses. And it's so embarrassing!! 🙈 
I know that its common while having sex but I've never heard of anything like that from other women about yoga. So I need to know what this is about and if it's common or what other women do about it ...

My sister is a yoga instructor and she said to do kegels and work on you pelvic floor muscles.

That’s so common there’s even a pose that American yoga studios nicknamed something to do with wind/farting.

This happens to me all the time!🤣 I ended up just putting in my menstrual cup for every yoga class so it doesn’t happen. I’m not sure how to fix it...but it always happened to me during inverted poses like down dog. So embarrassing😫
