Pregnant after having a blighted ovum.

Hello ladies! Unfortunately i have had a blighted ovum it showed on my 8 week scan i didnt start the miscarriage til 10 weeks. My question is for those who have experienced this , have u been able to conceive again? How long did u wait? I want to try asap but just nervous.
