(But not too much of a challenge cause my kitchen is small and I've only been cooking for two years)

my bf makes amazing sous vide steaks and salmon en papillote! i also love congee, lobster dishes (steamed with just garlic butter, stir fried in wok, steamed with rice noodles and homemade chili oil, etc.), tartiflette, raclette, oxtail soup, wonton soup (pain in the ass though as everything has to be made from scratch, and you need dried flounder for the traditional recipe), truffle rigatoni, and french onion soup
