Daughter’s Birthday Party- what to do?

So my daughter turns 4 on May 14th. As of now our county is on lockdown until May 15th. Ive been pushing off buying things for a party so as not to waste money if the stay at home order is extended. But the date is getting closer and if I want to order things for them to be here on time i have to decide now.

Should I get stuff online as if there’s going to be a party either the 16th or the following weekend assuming the stay at home order is lifted? Or should I just go about as if the stay at home order is being extended?

My sons birthday is June 19th and im not about sharing birthdays since theyre only a month apart, so postponing hers isnt an option. If the stay at home order is lifted by June my son will be having a party. And if not neither of them will. Im also due in July so I wont be throwing any parties that month for obvious reasons.

So do i just have a quarantine party for her which includes just us that live here even if the stay at home order ends up being lifted, or do i buy the party supplies just in case?
