Folding treadmills?

I’m a runner but I live in a bigger city and I’ve found that it’s just impossible to stay 6 feet away from all of the other runners and walkers on the sidewalks and our mayor refuses to close any roads to give pedestrians more space.

So, I’m looking at buying a treadmill.

I have a good sized apartment, but the spare room I would use for a home gym is being used as a home office since I’m working from home. I’ve seen ads for compact treadmills where the handle type part folds down and you can slide them under a bed. Wondering if anybody has one or has experience with them. Would you recommend one?
