Weight Loss
So I had my baby in 2018, gained weight like I was told during pregnancy. Afterwards the weight seemed to be coming off, then got rear-ended and could barely move. It hurt just to change my babys diaper. So gained weight and have weighed the most I ever have in my entire life. I currently weigh 232lbs. I am 5ft 7in. However, for my height and skeletal structure I should weigh no less than 165, my goal is 170, that's a good 62lbs away. 💔💔😭😭 I am proud of my body for giving me the baby I was told I'd never have, but I hate seeing my gut and how big my arms have gotten and I can even tell my legs are thicker than they've ever been. 😩😩 Does anyone have any tips on how to lose weight? I've tried so much and failed with it all. I'm a big meat eater, but soda and sweets are my downfall. I've tried quitting cold turkey, but end up with bad withdrawals. Can anyone help me? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am currently home 24/7 with my baby as I got furloughed from my job. So if I can involve my baby that'd be great, but would prefer exercises I can do while my baby naps or before I go to bed. Thanks y'all!!
