Do you get UTI side pain?

So I’m starting to think I’m over thinking things. I was diagnosed with an antibiotic resistant uti, was doing infusions every day for three weeks until it left.

Fast forwards 3 weeks and I have a uti again and this discomfort in my side (on antibiotic pills).

Here’s where it gets tricky, I had a Fallopian tube removed (so could be scar tissue) and also IBS which could also be causing this discomfort. And then in the back of my mind I keep thinking kidney stones.

My question to you, do you get discomfort on the side of your abdomen and if so what does it feel like?
