Help me make a shopping list ?! :)

Question

Essential items that would be good for me fiance and 14 month old 
Good things for lunches /snacks that would be practical during this pandemic . Doesnt necessarily need to be the healthiest stuff right now because we want things that will last more than a week

I always get a bunch of frozen vegetables and fruits instead of fresh ones because I never know if I’m going to eat a lot of them or end up throwing them out if they’re fresh. Frozen fruit can get expensive though!
One of my go to’s is a rice/veggie/cheese casserole so rice and shredded cheese are always good to have on hand! 
In terms of snacks I think graham crackers with peanut butter, granola bars, fruit leather, and popcorn are all good options :)
