Severe period pains help

So I haven’t had a period in over a year due to being on the pill i decided to take a break and had my first period today and I have never been in so much pain. I struggle walking I’m shaking have diorreah and feeling faint my stomach and uterus is in agony. I tried walking to the pharmacy and when I got there I burst in to tears in front of all the staff because I was in so much pain and I felt like I couldn’t breath they had to pull out a chair for me to sit down. I struggled to walk home afterwards felt like I was gasping for air and was going to drop dead any second. I have cramp in all my legs and I just can’t stop crying for the pain. I have taken feminax but does anyone else have periods this extreme
