So I think I ovulated about Monday, and we had sex last night, it says I’m supposed to start my period the 30th but I’ve been off bc for about a month. What are my
Chances of being pregnant? This is our first baby that we’re actually trying for lol. Our first one was a oops lol. So I’m not sure if I know what I’m doing

If you had sex after you ovulated then unfortunately you'll have missed the egg this month. 
You need to have sex before ovulation so there's sperm there ready to catch the egg, which doesn't hang about for very long at all. 
Once ovulation has occurred the egg can expire as quickly as 8 hours later, bear in mind it can take sperm hours to get to where it needs to be in order to meet the egg. 
Your highest chance of conception is having sex 1 or 2 days before ovulation but you'll also be in with a chance with sex anytime in the 5 days leading up to ovulation. 
If you tested using an opk on Monday then that is only an indication that ovulation is imminent, not that it has happened. 
Once you get a peak/positive opk test result that means ovulation can happen anywhere in the next 12-36 hours. 
Hopefully there's always the chance that you ovulated later than expected and you may have just caught the egg. 🤞🏾✨
If not, then moving forward to next month just be sure to have sex before ovulation so sperm is ready and waiting 💗

You wanna have sex before ovulation. Apps aren’t accurate though. And if you’re barley off birth control, there’s a chance you haven’t ovulated. Depends on what kind and how long you were on it. Your body has to adjust.
