Any advice

So I’m almost 7m pp when I gave birth to my first baby I lost a lot of blood and was very anemic having chest pain, seizures/ they give me an iron transfusion discharged me with iron tablets,

I’m now pregnant with my second but ever since having her I’ve been getting horrible chest pains and shortness of breath when I phoned my doctor and mentioned I thought it could be due to anemia iron deficiency he’s like no that wouldn’t cause chest pain yet I had it when I was in hospital but when you check symptoms of anemia on google it clearly says chest pain on every website. They haven’t done any blood tests to check if my levels have gone up.

I’ve now been at the hospital because he told me it could be a lung blood clot I’ve had loads of tests it’s very unlikely I have one but I still have to self inject for twice a day until I’m 12 weeks pregnant and they can do a scan (I’m about 9/10 weeks) my belly is so sore and I’m getting so down about having these chest pains feels like my body’s just giving up and none of these doctors are listening to me.

I can’t physically go in and see my doctor because of corona virus I’m just worried if it’s something more serious or that I get really ill because they won’t check my blood.

The injections thin out my blood Incase i do have a blood clot (very unlikely) but worried about it since I could be anemic
