Question ladies

Today I am 39 weeks. 5 days

My mucus plug came out the day before yesterday and the day before after I got checked and been having some discharge but today

I woke up today at 6:30 having off and on contractions from back to front tightening.... but then they stop and it went to

horrible back pain off and on every 8-10 mins For the last 4 hours...... then go away but my stomach does not tighten in the front but it hurts so bad in the back when I get the pain.... I keep getting some discharge with some blood when I wipe but not on my pad... I don’t know what I should do
