I absolutely HATE my sister in law and need to rant for a minute...please give me some advice!!

So I have been with my husband for 5 years, married for a year. We’re totally happy, healthy, and in love. No complaints there. But his sister and him have always been super close (they’re Irish twins or whatever) and it’s been getting on my nerves more and more lately. She’s addicted to cocaine, and is unemployed so all she does all day is wakes up and drinks and does whatever else. She still lives w his parents and freeloads off of them and I just don’t care for her. Once we got married, she has been getting more and more clingy and calls him at LEAST twice a day, and tries to come over all the time. I’ll give an example: she called him the other night to go to the store w her to carry her dog food, then the next day calls him and offers $30!!! to him to kill a stink bug. It irritates me so much because he’ll ignore her but she’ll keep calling and if he doesn’t answer she’ll call me. She tried to be friends w me but I cannot get to the point where I can even tolerate her for more than a few minutes. It’s like she’s jealous of me. I’ve never told her or my husband they can’t hang out or can’t talk or anything unhealthy like that, but I have told her on numerous occasions please stop calling me, or she can’t come over at all hours of the day, etc. My husband is not tough when it comes to her at all, and she has been irritating me and I don’t know what to do anymore! Please help!
