Bloating feeling for the week following sex

Anyone else experience a bloating feeling in your stomach for the next few days following sex? I’ve seen people post similarly about this, but they seem to only experience it right after sex. I am such a hypochondriac when it comes to sex & the possibility of being pregnant before I’m ready to be. I am on birth control & take it religiously. I have always tended to have prolonged periods, starting before the placebo pill week due to nothing more than that’s just how my body works. (Still trying to get this under control with my doc) But this bloating feeling has me so nervous. I think it’s just because I haven’t had sex in a while & just the pressure of it all, but now it’s got me second guessing if my birth control is working 100% since I have prolonged periods. I just need some ease of mind. Someone please tell me you experience days of bloat after sex 😫
