Should I go to dr ? Kinda tmi

Okay so for the past week I’ve been getting these red spots on my leg that look something like a mosquito bite they itch then they turn into a big red spot with something that looks like a tiny pimple in the middle I’ve have 4 pop up on my leg it’s starting to freak me out a little I haven’t done anything but shave my legs I usually just use my electric shaver I dont usually use an actual razor my sister is also fostering a cat atm and I react really bad to bites so maybe the cat has fleas ??? No one else is being bit though so I’m kind of confused I just don’t want to go to the dr if it isn’t really a big deal Considering everything going on at the moment.
