Please please help

Please help!!

Have been using hair removal cream and had broken skin (can’t remember what from) and accidentally put it on the broken skin, it reacted and made one of the scabs/sores below. But then it’s gotten worse and spread. I had been putting plasters over then but am going commando tonight in bed. They’re pussy and hard to deal with as I think some of the smaller ones were reactions from the plasters but they keep rubbing on my underwear. What do I do, keep covering it with a plaster or go to a dr? This is the worst it’s been and this happened within the last week. But I’ve had the bigger scabs/sores for a month. Also went on the pill for the first time a month ago so idk if that’s anything to do with it
