Spotting and hcg

So I had very mild spotting yesterday, pink when I wiped one time. I had cramping the day before. I had my progesterone and hcg check yesterday which they just said my progesterone was "very good" and my hcg is 19,000, at 9weeks3days. I go back for another hcg tomorrow to see if theres growth. They didnt seem very concerned and said the first hcg tells them nothing until they get another to compare it to.

Opinions?

I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks last year, so I'm trying not to be paranoid but it's hard not to be.
