What are considered good glucose levels?
Fasting and 2 hours post meals?
After dinner last night my sugar was 125. Is that bad?
My appointment for gestaional diabetes only consisted of the nurse giving me a log to write the numbers and a pamphlet of things to eat and not to eat. There was no teaching, which is making this stressful for me. My doctor said she wants my 2 hour post meal glucose levels to be <200, which seems like a big range to me.
