Confidence is low

The first picture is when I met my fiance (I was 130lbs) and the second one is now (185lbs) to me this is devastating but I am growing a human this had definitely put a damper on the sex life,and my self esteem and I dont know how to see the beauty in being this big

Before I met him I weighed 220lbs I lost 100lbs in 6 months (beyond happy with myself) i was bullied alot in school

But now I'm trying to get ready to have this baby and get back to where I was

But I need help
