Question

How much responsibility do men have with the pregnancy? 
Is it all up to us? Is there a financial responsibility. How about support roles? How much is your SO included. If you don't have an SO or no support is it all too hard?

My fiance is the breadwinner. He also cooks all of the meals. And he gets me food whenever I have cravings. He rubs my feet. If it wasnt for him this pregnancy would be a lot harder! He also takes me to all of the doctor appointments. I really hit the jackpot when I met him. He is a big help!

My hubby is the breadwinner, he works hard to provide us a good life where I don't have to work. He travels for work for months at a time, so I don't see him much and he has missed all US and doc appointments. We talk every night, he asks about baby, we discuss major baby purchases. In the end, its really all on me to get ready for baby, but I know he is doing his part by being such a good provider.

My husband and I discussed our roles before getting pregnant. The majority of the baby duties are on me, as I will be a stay at home mom and he is in school plus working. He will help out with housework, dishes and help with our son when I need time to get things done. He comes to my ultrasounds but most my appointments I go alone, they're short it's not worth missing the hours at work or school. He will be an amazing dad, but he I don't see him as involved as some dads in the baby stage of our sons life and that's okay. :)

It wasn't just me who created this baby, so it won't just be me raising him and taking care of him. I was extremely lucky and have an absolutely fantastic SO. I work and go to school and he works full time plus overtime hours when needed. He helps with everything and is there at every appointment. I've never had to beg him to do anything- or even ask. He's the best!
