Yeast infection or std 😭

So I have some yellowish discharge and it burns when I pee, the whole of my vag burns too, sometimes itchy, pain in vag and sometimes butt and I’m swollen like in the pic

And it’s sore 😭 I’m currently 25 weeks and 3 days pregnant I am currently being checked for stds but only bc I told them that’s what I thought it could be so they didn’t check me for a yeast infection!

NOT ASKING FOR A DAM DOCTOR😂😂😒🤦🏼‍♀️ just wondering if anyone has experienced this before 😂🤦🏼‍♀️
