Is this outfit cute?

Ok ladies, I need some objective opinions and I don't have many girlfriends so I though I could count on you. My SO is obsessed with this outfit that I tried on as a joke! He can't get over it and brings it up everyday. I honestly dislike it but that might be because I'm not really a skirt/dress kind of gal. So what you you all think, cute or no?
