Spotting after sex...

Had kind of rough sex but that's usually the norm, anyway I started having a bit of spotting later on, I am cramping pretty bad with bad back pain. I just had a period a week and a half ago but it was shorter than normal...? Idk what's going on I am stressed out alot I don't feel very healthy I'm usually always in pain I guess from being overweight but it just doesn't seem right I've been to the doctor multiple times they tell me I'm healthy... I have had a pap smear recently at the local health department and no cancer or anything but I still have to see a real OBGYN. Is it just from a bit of kinky sex, stress, or could I be pregnant? Who knows! If it's just a scratch then idk why I would be cramping like this with really bad back pain.
