Pads/tampons
Hey guys
So I’m starting to have really heavy periods now and have been leaking through my pads. I’m thinking about using tampons but I can’t seem to figure out how to put it in? It’s very uncomfortable.
Can anyone advise on how they do it? Or recommend some better pads. I’m currently using the always ones but these don’t seem to be absorbing as much blood as I’m leaking through two pads at a time!!!
